CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders. This role will involve communicating with customers via phone, email, and other channels, as well as working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and experience in a customer service role.
Compensation : $26 Hourly + Benifits
QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
The Quality Control Manager ensures all products meet quality standards before being released to customers. This role will involve developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and tests, and maintaining accurate records of all quality-related activities. The ideal candidate will have solid attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in a quality control role.
